Description & Guidelines:

1. Fit & Comfort: It is recommended to adjust the headband to a comfortable tightness before use (you can gradually fine-tune the fit based on your experience during the session). Reclining against a sofa or armchair ensures better fit, even pressure distribution, enhanced efficacy, and optimal comfort.

2. Usage Frequency: Recommended usage is 1–2 times daily for 10–20 minutes per session. Remember to rest with your eyes closed for 3–5 minutes after each use for maximum eye comfort.

3. Charging: Please charge the product fully before use.

4. Product Cleaning: Use a damp towel or a cotton pad dampened with 75% medical alcohol to wipe clean the interior mask lining and outer casing.

6. Recent Surgery & Injuries: Prohibited for anyone with skin lesions around the eyes or undergoing rehabilitation after eyelid or cosmetic eye surgery.

7. Major Ophthalmic Surgery: Prohibited for individuals who have undergone major eye procedures (e.g., glaucoma surgery, cataract removal, or retinal detachment repair). Patients who have had laser eye surgery (such as LASIK/PRK) should seek medical advice and wait at least one year post-surgery before using.

8. Eye Inflammation: Strictly prohibited for anyone with severe eye inflammation or active infections.
