We offer two delivery options via DHL for all UK orders:

  • DHL Free Shipping: Free (£0.00) on all orders — estimated delivery within 3–8 business days.

  • DHL Express Shipping: £5.00 flat rate — estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

Order Processing & Tracking:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package every step of the way. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Glow Routine, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

15-Day Return Window:

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately within 15 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue along with your order number, so we can process a full refund or a free replacement for you.

Exchanges & Returns Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team. Once approved, we will provide you with the exact return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
